Who is eligible to obtain free supplies at The Donation Depot?
What kind of documentation is needed?
We require a placement letter from the Department of Family & Protective Services or a referral letter from your caseworker showing that the child you are shopping for is in your care. Please bring your letter with you to your appointment.
How often can my foster child visit The Donation Depot?
Foster children can receive supplies on a quarterly basis.

How many items can a child have?
The number of other items given out varies according to the supplies available.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Any item can be exchanged for a different size or style within 10 days of visiting the depot.
What if a child leaves my home?
Items at The Donation Depot are intended to be used by the foster home and are not intended for resale. Any item given to a child by The Donation Depot should remain with the child in the event the child leaves your home. Please return unused items to The Donation Depot if the child leaves your home within 72 hours of placement. We would appreciate it if you could return larger items such as kitchen appliances, or toys to The Donation Depot when they are no longer used. That way, we can pass them along to another child in need!
