The Homes for Children Corporation
The Homes for Children Corporation (HFCC) is a nonprofit organization that provides a safe haven and life skills training for at-risk youth. HFCC offer assistance to youth, frequently in custody of the state as they move from dependent, often abusive, neglected relationships into independent, self-sufficient lifestyles. The facility provides clients with an eight-step program that teaches them necessary life skills. This collaborative approach to empowerment is the keystone to developing self-sufficient in our youth. The steps include personal development, vocational training, substance abuse counseling, interpersonal skills building, community involvement, leisure activities and independent living skills.
Our vision is to be home of refuge and hope for youth who are struggling to find their place in society, and it assist with the development of skills and abilities of out youth so they become gifted women who positively contribute to the community.
The mission of The Homes for Children is to help troubled youth who are abused and neglected become independent, productive adults.
